The staff here were super friendly and nice, they were always around to help out, no matter the time of day or night. 😊

The location of this place was perfect, located in a quiet area near Baker Street underground, and our trip was perfectly pleasant! The peaceful location near Baker Street underground was perfect for our trip, and we're looking forward to coming back after spending a night there.

Convenient location, close to local amenities and relatively quiet area. Comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the property left much to be desired, with blocked shower plug, dirty cutlery and cups, and stained table and hob. The property also seemed shabby and dated in places, with poor repairs and cheap materials used.

My recent stay at Chiltern St apts was fantastic. I was warmly welcomed by the helpful accommodation coordinator and enjoyed my time there. The location was perfect, surrounded by great shops and restaurants in the charming Marylebone area. Despite being in the midst of it all, the apartment remained quiet for a peaceful night's rest. The amenities in the apartment were excellent, and I felt I got a great value for my money.

Totally recommend this hotel.

Complete with playgrounds, open spaces for picnics, and even a small zoo. The kids absolutely loved spending their afternoons running around and exploring.

My kids wished there was a swimming pool on the premises.

Housekeeping was lacking for entire stay.

The apartments had all the necessary amenities, and the shopping, dining, and travel options in the area were excellent. The staff, particularly Zac who handed over the keys, were helpful and pleasant.

The nearest airport is just perfect for making a quick escape. The Hyde Park being 1.6 km away is a great reminder of the nature I missed while being stuck in this apartment. The free WiFi was the only thing that saved me from complete boredom.

Towels provided in this apartment made me feel like I was on a time travel trip to the Victorian era.

The staff was really friendly and polite, allowing us to drop off our luggage early and providing us with a key even though our room was still being cleaned. We were also able to leave our luggage after check out for a few more hours. the location was great with convenient access to different grocery stores within a 10-minute walking distance.

Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.

The apartment was clean, hotel-like, and had a great location. The staff were helpful and accommodating. There were plenty of facilities nearby, including restaurants and a supermarket. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment, including a Nespresso machine and a washing machine. The internet was reliable and allowed for streaming on multiple devices.
